Return Policy
Right to Return
Customers may request a return of any eligible merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is:
- New and unused;
- In its original packaging, sealed and unopened, with all manufacturer seals, shrink-wrap, and tags intact;
- In resalable condition, free of any signs of use, wear, damage, scent contamination, or alteration; and
- Accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Lagodiscount.
Items that have been opened, unsealed, used, sampled, or otherwise tampered with are not eligible for return for any reason other than a verified defect or shipping error caused by Lagodiscount.
Important — Return Shipping is Always Paid by the Customer. If you choose to return an item for any reason — including change of mind, no longer wanting the product, ordering the wrong item, or the product not meeting your expectations — you are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Lagodiscount only pays return shipping when we have shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, the customer must contact our Customer Service Department within the 30-day window and provide:
- The original order number;
- The item(s) being returned and the reason for return; and
- Photographs of the unopened packaging, if requested.
If the return is approved, we will issue an RMA number and return instructions. Returns sent without a valid RMA will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs in every case where the customer initiates the return — for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to change of mind, no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong item, the item not meeting expectations, or any other customer-driven reason. This includes postage, insurance, tracking, and any hazmat or surcharge fees. Lagodiscount does not provide prepaid return labels for customer-initiated returns, and the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.
The only exception is when Lagodiscount has shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, in which case Lagodiscount will pay return shipping as described in the "Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items" section below.
We strongly recommend the customer ship returns using a trackable, insured method. Lagodiscount is not responsible for returns lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Risk of loss on returned merchandise remains with the customer until the package is received and inspected by us.
Original outbound shipping charges paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where Lagodiscount is at fault.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, and confirmation that the item meets all eligibility conditions above, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment for the purchase price of the product (less any non-refundable original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee).
Refunds are typically processed within four (4) weeks of the customer initiating the return, broken down approximately as follows:
- Transit time for the returned item(s) to reach us: 5–10 business days
- Inspection and internal processing: 3–5 business days
- Time for the customer's financial institution to post the refund: 5–10 business days
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price may be applied to returns that are not the result of a Lagodiscount error. Any applicable restocking fee will be disclosed at the time the RMA is issued.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging. In these cases:
- Lagodiscount will pay return shipping (typically by emailing a prepaid return label); and
- The customer will receive a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement, at the customer's option, subject to product availability.
Claims made after 7 days for damaged or incorrect items may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, hygiene, hazmat-shipping, and regulatory reasons, the following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Any fragrance, perfume, cologne, body spray, or other alcohol-based product whose factory seal, cellophane, shrink-wrap, or box has been opened, removed, or broken;
- Any item where the manufacturer's tamper seal is broken;
- Personal care, grooming, or cosmetic items that have been opened or used;
- Items marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" on the product listing;
- Gift cards;
- Customized, personalized, or special-order items;
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery; and
- Items returned without a valid RMA.
Returns of Fragrance and Aerosol Products
Fragrances, colognes, body sprays, and similar products are classified as hazardous materials (ORM-D / Limited Quantity) by the U.S. Department of Transportation and most major carriers. Customers returning such items must:
- Use ground shipping only (USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground);
- Properly label the package as Limited Quantity / ORM-D where required by the carrier; and
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and carrier regulations.
Lagodiscount is not responsible for fines, confiscations, or loss resulting from a customer's improper shipment of regulated goods.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge if cancellation is requested before the order is processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and is subject to this Return Policy.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery or a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the original outbound shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees, which will be deducted from any refund issued.
Gift Returns
Items received as a gift may be returned for store credit only, subject to the same eligibility conditions above. The original purchaser will not be notified.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories where allowed by law. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. International orders are not currently accepted.
Certain regulated items (including fragrances and other ORM-D / Limited Quantity goods) may have additional shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain destinations or by certain methods. These restrictions will be applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship via reputable national carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost during checkout. Lagodiscount reserves the right to choose the carrier and service that best fits the order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and any applicable hazmat surcharges.
Free Shipping Promotions. When a free shipping promotion is offered, it applies to standard ground shipping only. Free shipping is not available for expedited, express, overnight, or any other upgraded shipping service. Customers who select an expedited or upgraded service will be charged the full cost of that service, even if their order otherwise qualifies for free shipping. Free shipping promotions are limited to qualifying orders shipping within the contiguous United States and may exclude oversized items, hazmat items (including fragrances), and clearance or final-sale items unless explicitly stated. Lagodiscount selects the carrier and standard service for free shipping orders at its sole discretion.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends, federal holidays, or after our daily cutoff are processed on the next business day. Processing time is in addition to transit time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically delivers within 5–10 business days after the order ships, depending on destination. Expedited services have shorter timelines disclosed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lagodiscount is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, strikes, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once an order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking and being available to receive the package.
Risk of Loss
All items are sold pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Claims for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer must be filed with the carrier; Lagodiscount will assist with documentation but is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If a customer receives an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and provide a refund or replacement, at the customer's option.
Address Accuracy
The customer is solely responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Lagodiscount is not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information. Address corrections after shipping may incur a carrier fee, which will be passed to the customer.
Compliance with Law
The customer agrees not to use Lagodiscount to ship any product to any party or destination prohibited by U.S. law, including all applicable export-control, sanctions, and hazardous-materials regulations.
General Provisions
Changes to This Policy
Lagodiscount reserves the right to update this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of order placement governs that order.
Severability
If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights a consumer has under applicable federal or state law, including the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435) and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Governing Law and Venue
This Shipping & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising under this policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
