- Topups for an amount below $20 CUC are NOT eligible for a bonus
Ø The promotional bonus of $40 CUC will be valid on promo dates only not always avalible, according to the amount recharged.The main amount of the topup keeps its normal 330 days validity period.
Ø Bonus can be used for national and international phone calls and SMS (including SMS entumovil), but bonus cannot be used for Nauta from the mobile or MMS (for these, it will be deducted from the main balance)
When Cubacel customers check their balance by SMS, the bonus balance will be displayed separately than the main balance.
ØIf Customers who have an active bonus from the previous promotion and acquire this new promotion, new bonus will not be accumulated the with the previous promotion. Both will have an independent expiration date
ØA customer can receive multiple recharges, as long as it does not exceed the maximum amount established for main balance and bonus, which is up to 5,000CUC for both. It the maximum limit is reached, the customer cannot receive more top ups.
